📏 Unit Conversion Quiz
How many metres in 3.5 km? One zero off and it's wrong
Convert between km and m, kg and g, L and mL, hours and minutes. The wrong answers are what you get when you add or drop a zero, so a quick glance will catch you out. Decimals and reverse conversions show up later.
About this quiz
Science labs, cooking, travel plans: unit conversions show up everywhere. Move a zero the wrong way and you're off by ten times, so getting the rules into muscle memory cuts mistakes fast.
The first four use whole numbers, the next ones use decimals like 1.5 km, and the last three go the other way, to the bigger unit.

How to play
- Big to small means multiply
- Going from km to m the number has to get bigger, so multiply by 1000. From m to km, divide by 1000.
- Time runs on 60
- An hour is 60 minutes and a minute is 60 seconds. 1.5 hours is 60 plus 30, so 90 minutes.
- Review only what you missed
- Under your result you'll find each question you missed, what you picked, the right answer and the working. Finish a round and your review is done too.

Rocket Engineer
Not a single zero out of place. No unit mix-ups on your watch.
Workshop Ace
Almost perfect. Just watch the ones that use 60, like hours and minutes.
Lab Assistant
The basics are solid. When decimals appear, count the places one by one.
Grab a Ruler
Everyone mixes these up at first. Start with basics like 1 km = 1000 m.
