Turn and slot falling blocks to clear full rows
What this game is
Four-square blocks drop from the top one at a time. Turn and slide them into place, and any row you fill completely disappears.
The seven shapes come out of a shuffled bag, so the piece you are waiting for never stays away for long. Every 10 rows you clear, the level rises and blocks fall faster.
How to play
- Buttons or gestures
- Use the buttons to move, turn and drop, or work the board directly: slide sideways to move, tap to turn, flick down to drop.
- Clear several rows at once
- One row is 100, two are 300, three are 500 and four are 800, all multiplied by the level. Leaving a one-wide gap for the long bar pays off big.
- Watch the shadow
- A faint shadow shows where the block will land. Line up the shadow before you drop and mistakes drop too.

- How is the score worked out?
- Rows cleared give 100, 300, 500 or 800 times the level. Soft drops add 1 point per row fallen and hard drops add 2.
- What if I switch apps?
- The game pauses while the page is hidden and picks up where you left off.
- How do I play on a computer?
- Arrow keys move, the up arrow turns and the space bar drops.
