About this game
Move the basket to catch falling soy-milk cartons, dodge the bombs!
What this game is
You drag a basket along the bottom of the screen and catch the soy-milk cartons falling into it. Touch anywhere and move sideways, and the basket glides after your finger.
The catch is that the things you want and the things you must dodge fall together. A gold carton is worth five at once and it is very tempting, but chasing it while an ordinary carton slips past the edge costs you a heart. Deciding how greedy to be is the whole game.
How to play
- The basket follows your finger
- Touch anywhere and drag left or right. The basket eases in slightly behind your finger, so start moving a beat before the carton actually lands.
- Gold cartons are worth five
- A white carton is one point, a gold one is five. Gold turns up now and then, and going for it is worth it right up to the moment you would drop something else.
- Two ways to lose a heart
- Catching a bomb costs a heart, and so does letting a carton fall past the basket. Lose all three and the run is over.
- Bombs can simply be let go
- Dropping a bomb costs nothing. When a dangerous line comes down, sliding the basket aside and waiting is a perfectly good move.
Frequently asked questions
- Does it speed up?
- Yes. As your score climbs things fall faster and appear closer together, and late in a run two can come down almost at once.
- What do I catch and what do I dodge?
- Catch every carton, dodge only the bombs. A gold carton is just a carton that pays more.
- Is there a charge?
- No, it is free. Beyond one Google sign-in there is nothing else to do.
- Does it work on a phone?
- It opens right in a phone, tablet or desktop browser, with no app to download. On a desktop, dragging the mouse moves the basket the same way.
